Requirements:
- Upper intermediate written and verbal English;
- Organized, responsible and goal-oriented interpersonal skills;
- Be an “idea box” for new sales/lead generation channels/techniques;
- Experience in achieving a high level of customer service;
- Experience using some CRM or sales tracking application;
- B2B sales experience.
Responsibilities:
- Finding new potential clients;
- Post bids on job boards/tender/freelance online platforms (UpWork, Freelancer.com, People Per Hour ect.);
- Find direct emails and phone numbers through various search tools (Google, LinkedIn, AngelList, etc.);
- Cold emailing contacts;
- Business meetings with clients, gathering all initial requirements
- Finding and adopting high quality contact lists;
- Document your working procedures and help CEO improve existing business processes in our company;
- Prepare contact scripts, doing A/B tests, recording stats and conversion rates of your activities;
- Preparing proposals and work with “warm customers”, counseling clients
- Discover new ways to get new qualified leads, adopting new sales channels;

- At least 1 year of experience in IT HR sphere;
- Ability to drive full cycle of recruitment process;
- Has good knowledge of staff adaptation, development and motivation;
- Able to prioritize quickly and accurately in multitasking regime;
- Has experience in corporate culture building;
- High level of organization skills;
- Upper-Intermediate English level;
Responsibilities:
- Being responsible for administrative support of all employees of the office;
- Organizing social and corporate events;
- Organize office operations and procedures.
- Recruiting and interviewing applicants;
- Employee on-boarding, development and training;
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, compensation and benefits plans;
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules and regulations;
- Monitoring of working hours, vacations and other related events;
- IDP process (Performance Appraisal);
- Company branding development;
